Welcome to Podluxe Marketing ("Podluxe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services at podluxe.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Podluxe is operated by Steven Lawrence LLC, a U.S. limited liability company.
Podluxe is a multi-tenant marketing automation platform that helps users schedule and publish content across connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok). Podluxe uses AI to assist with content creation in the user's brand voice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Podluxe. By signing up, you confirm you are.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts using automated means, or impersonate anyone else.
Podluxe offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service. Plans are billed monthly or yearly and are processed by Stripe, our payment provider.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period unless required by law.
You own all content you create, upload, or generate using Podluxe. By using the service, you grant Podluxe a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content on your behalf to the social platforms you connect.
When you connect a third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok), you authorize Podluxe to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access tokens.
You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with the rules of each platform you publish to.
You agree not to use Podluxe to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Podluxe uses third-party AI models (currently Anthropic Claude) to assist with content creation. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or free of bias. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published.
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted within 30 days. Some data may persist in backups for a longer period before being purged.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using Podluxe. Social platform availability and policies are outside our control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Podluxe and Steven Lawrence LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
